Navigate Nursing Ethics is an instructionally designed online course formulated on the American Association of Colleges of Nursing's (AACN) Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Professional Nursing Practice Document. This course can be used in a traditional BSN curriculum or RN to BSN curriculum.

Navigate Nursing Ethics examines the legal and ethical aspects of the nurse’s role in the delivery and management of health care. This course emphasizes the collaborative nurse-patient relationship along with decision-making approaches and models, rationale for decisions, and the management of care for various ethical situations that occur in nursing practice. Navigate Nursing Ethics allows students to learn how to respond to ethical conflicts among healthcare team members in clinical settings through role play activities.

Navigate Nursing Ethics focuses on demonstrating accountability, responsibility, authority, ethical practice, and professionalism to nursing students as defined by the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
